IT assistance is available from our support company Computer Enhancement Systems (CES). Support is available to employees and other users with BCT provided computers or any of our servers. Please use the following link for ticket submissions:
The fields that need to be filled out are your name, email address, and request description. Please be as specific as possible and include any details you can including URLs and error messages. Once the request is submitted on your end, a work order is created on our end, assigned to a technician, and acted upon by CES as quickly as possible. Using the help desk link to submit issues, rather than an email or a phone call, is always the fastest way towards a resolution. It is best if the person experiencing the issue creates this ticket themselves, rather than contacting us through a third party.
